Consideraciones sobre los efectos derivados de la constitución de domicilio fiscal electrónico ante AFIP |
| Con la aprobación, por parte de la Ley N° 27.260, de un Régimen de Sinceramiento Fiscal y de un Régimen de Regularización de obligaciones fiscales, de seguridad social y aduaneras y, particularmente, con la reglamentación de ambos Regímenes a través de las Resoluciones Generales (AFIP) N° 3919 y N° 3920, adquirió relevancia el denominado “domicilio fiscal electrónico”. Las consecuencias que su constitución ante la AFIP pueden generar son muy importantes, teniendo en cuenta, principalmente, que las notificaciones realizadas en dicho domicilio se consideran válidas y plenamente eficaces.
