Remote Procedure Platform May Now Be Used for CNV Requests
The Argentine Securities Commission will use the system for issuing and receiving information and documentation requests on investigations or inspections.
On July 23, the Argentine Securities Commission (CNV) issued General Resolution 1077/2025, which formalized the use of the Remote Procedures Platform (TAD) as a means of managing requests for information and documentation in the context of investigations or inspections.
As of September 1, 2025 the requests the CNV issues to registered agents may be sent by email, and responses must be submitted exclusively through the TAD system.
In the case of entities not regulated by the CNV, they may choose to respond via TAD system or submit documentation in person at the front desk.
For administrative proceedings, the use of the TAD system will be optional, both for submitting filings and the receiving notifications. Respondents must establish a special electronic address and the communications received will be considered valid.
This initiative is part of the modernization process of the Federal Public Administration and reflects the CNV’s commitment to more transparent management.
