A member of Marval O’Farrell Mairal since 2005 and a partner since 2009, he specializes in corporate and financial law. He advises local and foreign companies from various sectors on general commercial and corporate law matters. In particular, he is involved in the design, planning, and structuring of financial transactions, including company acquisitions and project financing. 

He also advises family businesses on the implementation of protocols aimed at facilitating their administration and succession processes. Before joining Marval O’Farrell Mairal, he worked at the law firms Brons & Salas and Le Pera & Lessa.

He is a professor of Commercial Companies at the University of San Andrés (Buenos Aires), where he also served as Director of the Law School. He also teaches the course Corporate Consolidations in Latin America in the international program at New York University School of Law.

He graduated with honors in law from the University of Buenos Aires in 1994 and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia University, New York, in 1999. In 2014, he completed the Family Business and Office School program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, United States.
