Marval advised in the Sale of Norauto Argentina’s shares

On June 29, 2023, Marval advised Grupo Stellantis, who acquired from Grupo Mobivia–advised by Dentons Rattagan Aroncethe–100% of Norauto Argentina SA’s shares. Norauto Argentina is a renowned company that sells automotive products and services. The purchase takes place in two stages: 90% of the transfer by July 18, 2023, and the pending 10% to be transferred next year.

Marval advised Grupo Stellantis in this successful transaction through a team led by partner Guillermo Burman, together with associate Santiago P. Cruz. Miguel Prefumo acted as in-house counsel for Grupo Stellantis.
