Export restrictions on soybean oils and flour

The Ministry of Agriculture, Husbandry and Fisheries acting through the Undersecretariat of Agricultural Markets, in accordance with the provisions of Section 18 of resolution No. RESOL-2019-128-APN-MAGYP of the Ministry of Agriculture, Husbandry and Fisheries, ordered the suspension of the Registry of Export Sworn Statements for the export of the products included in the tariff positions NCM 1507-10-00, NCM 1507-90-19, NCM 2304-00-10 and NCM 2304-00-90 effective March 13 and until further notice.

According to the new measure, the approval of applications of Export Sworn Statements (DJVE) of soybean oils and soybean flour, is suspended until further notice.
