Juan Martín Sanz

Juan Martín Sanz joined Marval O'Farrell Mairal in 2016 and works within the Tax Law team, focusing on Customs Law & Foreign Trade.

His practice combines advising clients from all industries on customs and foreign trade matters with experience in customs litigation, particularly in issues related to customs valuation.

He earned his law degree from Universidad Austral (2013) and later completed a postgraduate diploma in Customs Law and a master’s degree in Tax Law at the same university (2017). He also completed the Maritime and Aviation Law Update Program (2019) at Universidad de Buenos Aires.

He has taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses on tax and customs law at Universidad de Buenos Aires, Universidad Nacional de La Plata, and Universidad del Salvador.

He has authored several articles in his areas of specialization and is a member of the Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal and an Active Member of the Asociación Argentina de Estudios Fiscales.
