Marval Advises Edge Comercialização SA in the Import of Argentine Gas from Vaca Muerta to San Pablo to be Supplied by Different Producers

Through the implementation of these operations, the export of natural gas by pipeline from the Neuquina basin to Sao Paulo, through Bolivia, is made viable.

The advice included, in addition to the contracts, the regulatory aspects of the export and transportation of natural gas and the role of Bolivia in its transit to Brazil, as well as tax and customs issues.

The team was led by partners Soledad Riera and Francisco Macias (oil & gas), Luciana Virgile (tax) and Martin Vainstein (litigation) and associates Juan Martín Sanz, Nicolás Bontá and Felipe Fernández.
