Juan Pablo Rothschild joined Marval O'Farrell Mairal in 2004 and was made partner in 2017. His area of expertise is Customs Law, Foreign Trade and Tax Law.
He advises domestic and international companies on customs and foreign trade matters in international transactions, designing efficient schemes from a tax, customs and logistics perspective.
He has extensive experience in litigation against the Customs Authority, both at the administrative level and before the Federal Tax Court, as well as in judicial proceedings.

He graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires in 1998, with a focus on economic and business law. In 2002, he obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Boston University, United States.
He served as a professor in the undergraduate law program at Universidad de San Andrés for more than 10 years and is an active member of the Argentine Institute of Customs Studies, the Argentine Association of Tax Studies and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
He has participated as a speaker at conferences and seminars in Argentina and abroad and has published several articles on these matters.
