Resolution No. 236/2021 issued by the Matanza-Riachuelo Basin Authority. This resolution approved the "Program for neighborhood strengthening for the appropriation of habitat and the enhancement of public spaces".
City of Buenos Aires:
Joint Resolution No. 2/2021 issued by the Secretary of Environment and the Environmental Protection Agency. This resolution abrogated Resolution No. 177/2019 issued by the Environmental Protection Agency, defined the acoustic sensitive areas and identified the activities classified as potentially polluting due to noise and vibration.
Province of Buenos Aires:
Law No. 15,309. It amends the Ministries Law No. 15,164 and created the Ministry of Environment, which replaces the Provincial Agency for Sustainable Development.
Resolution No. 6/2022 issued by the Ministry of Environment. The resolution updated the terms "To", "UR", and "Ftr" for the calculation of the annual fee of Law No. 11,720. It also abrogated Resolution No. 35/2021 issued by the former Provincial Agency for Sustainable Development.

The resolution approved: (i) the registration procedure with the Registry of Manufacturers, Distributors, and Importers of Bags; (ii) the certificate of degradability and/or biodegradability renewal; (iii) the standard and unique registration form for bags importers; (iv) the new visual identification for products manufactured, distributed or imported within the Province of Buenos Aires by those facilities duly registered with the Registry of Manufacturers, Distributors, and Importers of Bags. In addition, it abrogated Resolution No. 1,786/2016 issued by the Provincial Agency for Sustainable Development.

The resolution establishes the obligation to use an environmental incident management tool for all hydrocarbon reservoir operators registered as generators with the Provincial Registry of Generators, Transporters, and Operators of Special Wastes of the Province of Neuquén.
