Rodrigo Fermín García leads the Family and Successions Law practice Department and has vast experience in the field. He has handled complex cases including matrimonial disputes, probate proceedings and cross border successions.

He joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 1998 and became a partner in 2011. He has decades of experience in dispute resolution and has litigated a broad range of cases. His practice includes arbitration, class actions and environmental litigation.

Rodrigo is Senior Co-Vice Chair of the IBA Litigation Committee and was included in the Chambers and Partners rankings after receiving solid client endorsements. He was found to be “exceptionally well versed in litigation proceedings, organized, prompt and creative."

He graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad Católica Argentina in 1998 and holds a master’s degree in corporate and business law from the Universidad Austral in Argentina.
