Marval advised AYG on its acquisition of Liderma and on a distribution agreement with Quilmes

Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised AYG Logística S.R.L. and its controlling shareholders on the acquisition of the share capital of Liderma S.A. and on the design, negotiation and implementation of a new set of distribution and logistics agreements with Cervecería y Maltería Quilmes S.A.I.C.A. y G.

The transaction combined the acquisition of Liderma with the implementation of a new coordinated structure for the provision of distribution and logistics services to Quilmes across the Province of Santa Fe. Its complexity arose from the need to simultaneously coordinate the corporate, commercial, operational and logistics aspects involved, as well as the agreements required to ensure the continuity of an operation of significant scale and importance to the distribution of consumer products in the Province of Santa Fe.
