By means of the Necessity and Urgency Decree no. 297/2020, the Argentine Executive Power has decreed the mandatory social isolation for the people living in the country and those staying temporarily. The Decree will be in force from March 20 until March 31, 2020.
The decision was taken within the framework of the COVID 19 outbreak statement issued by the World Health Organization, and the health emergency declaration in Decree no. 260/2020 from March 13, 2020. The Necessity and Urgency Decree is part of a set of regulations decreed within the past days.
