| El 8 de febrero de 2018, fue publicado en el Boletín Oficial el Decreto 110/2018 del Poder Ejecutivo Nacional, que, entre otros, reglamenta los artículos 7, 8 y 9 de la Ley de Reforma Previsional N° 27.426, por los cuales se modificaron los artículos 252 y 253 de la Ley de Contrato de Trabajo N° 20.744, que regulan la extinción del contrato de trabajo por jubilación del empleado.

| El 10 de enero de 2018, fue publicado en el Boletín Oficial el Decreto 27/2018 del Poder Ejecutivo Nacional, que, entre otras medidas, modifica la Ley N° 26.940 de creación del Registro Público de Empleadores con Sanciones Laborales y el artículo 147 de la Ley de Contrato de Trabajo sobre embargabilidad de las cuentas sueldo. |

Termination of the employment contract due to retirement of the employee: expiration of the ongoing terms |
| On February 8, 2018, Decree 110/2018 of the Argentine Executive was published in the Official Gazette, which, among others, regulates sections 7, 8 and 9 of the Social Security Reform Law N° 27,426 that modified sections 252 and 253 of the Labor Contract Law N° 20,744 which rules the termination of employment contracts after employees are granted with the pension benefit.

| The Executive has submitted to the Argentine Congress a bill on gender equality and equal opportunities at work.

Amendment to the Public Registry of Employers and seizure of salary accounts |
| On January 10, 2018, Decree 27/2018 of the Argentine Executive was published in the Official Gazette, which, among other measures, modifies Law No. 26,940 creating the Public Registry of Employers with Labor Sanctions (REPSAL) and Section 147 of the Labor Contract Law regarding seizure of salary accounts. |
