Valentine Marie Nathalie Foulon

Valentine Foulon joined Marval in June 2025 as an associate in the Banking & Finance area. Her scope of practice includes mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, as well as advisory on banking regulations and proceedings before the Argentine Central Bank (BCRA).

After a master’s degree in international law and administration at the Paris Sorbonne University, Valentine graduated an LL.M. from the Illinois Institute of Technology - Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2022, where she also volunteered with the Environmental and Energy Law Clinic. Valentine was further admitted to the New York State Bar in 2023.

Before moving to Argentina, Valentine has gained experience at law firms handling international transactions in both France and Chicago. In Paris, she worked in a Private Equity firm, handling LBO transactions and mergers and acquisitions in the technology and life sciences sectors. In Chicago, she advised European companies on their expansion into the US market, assisting them with corporate and commercial matters as well as legal risk management in a cross-border environment.
