Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised BNP Paribas in connection with a new loan and the refinancing of existing financings of Volkswagen Argentina for an aggregate amount of US$130,000,000.
BNP Paribas granted a new US$80 million credit facility to Volkswagen Argentina and extended the maturity of an existing US$50 million loan originally granted to Volkswagen Argentina in 2025.
