Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised the sellers of Banco Voii S.A. on the sale of the company's share capital to the shareholders of Cocos Capital, Nicolás Mindlin and Ariel Sbdar.

The transaction, whose share purchase agreement had been executed previously and was subject to the prior approval of the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic, closed on 30 June 2026, following the receipt of the required regulatory approvals.
