Pedro Maria Azumendi

Pedro is an attorney in the Banking and Finance practice area at Marval O’Farrell Mairal. He specializes in capital markets transactions and structured finance. He has experience in structuring and executing financings, which includes establishing and advising on financial trusts, negotiable obligations, and various other types of financial loans.
