Marval advised on the first issuance under the automatic public offering authorization regime for financial trusts based on their expanded medium impact under the “AMES” Global Program

Marval O’Farrell Mairal acted as legal counsel in the issuance of trust securities under the “AMES XXIX” Financial Trust, for an aggregate nominal value of ARS 3,041,391,599, representing the first issuance carried out under the automatic public offering authorization regime for financial trusts based on their expanded medium impact.

The issuance took place on September 3, 2026, and comprised Class A Debt Securities (VRDA) for a nominal value of ARS 1,500,000,000, Class B Debt Securities (VRDB) for a nominal value of ARS 100,000,000, and Participation Certificates (CP) for a nominal value of ARS 1,441,391,599. Asociación Mutual de la Economía Solidaria acted as settlor and information agent. TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A. acted as trustee, and Banco Mariva S.A. acted as arranger and placement agent.

The issuance was conducted under the automatic authorization regime for trust securities based on their expanded medium impact and, therefore, did not require prior authorization from the Argentine Securities Commission (Comisión Nacional de Valores or “CNV”). The trust securities are traded on A3 Mercados S.A. and listed on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A.

The VRDA, VRDB and CP were rated “AAA.ar(sf)”, “AA+.ar(sf)” and “CC.ar(sf)”, respectively, by Moody’s Local AR Agente de Calificación de Riesgo S.A.
