Nicolás Bontá

Nicolás Bontá is a specialist in energy, natural resources, and environmental law, with extensive transactional experience and expertise in regulatory advice. He is a member of the Energy and Natural Resources and Environmental Law departments at Marval O'Farrell Mairal.

He graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires, where he also obtained a postgraduate degree in Civil and Constitutional Procedural Law, and completed the Interdisciplinary Master’s in Energy (CEARE-UBA).

In the academic field, Nicolás serves as a teaching assistant in Energy and Natural Resources courses at the University of Buenos Aires, and lectures in the postgraduate program on Hydrocarbons Regulation and the Energy Industry at the Catholic University of Buenos Aires. He has published several academic articles on environmental and energy law.
