Luciana Gonzalez

Luciana Gonzalez joined Marval in 2025 as a member of the Banking area, where she specializes in Fintech. 

Her professional practice there focuses on providing advice to Fintech companies—mainly payments service providers and crypto players—on regulatory issues, primarily applying the regulations of the Argentine Central Bank, the Argentine Securities Commission, and the Financial Information Unit. 

She has assisted local and foreign clients in structuring and implementing their business operations in Argentina and has provided specialized advice on regulatory and contractual issues related to digital wallets, payment service providers (PSPs), crowdfunding platforms, credit and prepaid card issuers, non-financial credit providers, virtual asset service providers, and digital banking activities. 

In addition, she regularly advises clients on anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, cross-border regulatory issues, and licensing requirements for innovative Fintech products.
Luciana graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires in 2022, with a specialization in Corporate Law.
