Marval advised Compania Mega SA on the execution of a Pre-Financing Export Agreement with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) SAU for up to USD 100,000,000

MEGA is an Argentine company whose main activity is in the industrial sector of natural gas processing. Its business focuses on adding value to natural gas by separating and refining its liquid components, which results in the production of propane, butane, natural gasoline, and ethane. MEGA produces and commercializes these products, but also provides services and sells energy to third parties.

The transaction was carried out on October 21, 2025. MEGA will use the proceeds to pre-finance export operations.
