Delfina O´Farrell

Delfina O’Farrell joined Marval in 2023 and is part of the Fintech area. She has also been involved in the Antitrust team, where she advised and represented both domestic and international clients in connection with merger control and investigations of anticompetitive practices.

Her practice focuses on advising Fintech companies and financial institutions on a wide range of regulatory matters—primarily involving regulations issued by the Argentine Central Bank, the Argentine Securities Commission, and the Financial Information Unit—as well as on contractual matters. She has assisted local and foreign clients in structuring and implementing their business operations in Argentina and has provided specialized advice on regulatory and contractual issues related to digital wallets, payment service providers, crowdfunding platforms, cryptocurrency exchanges, tokenized assets, credit and prepaid card issuers, non-financial credit providers, virtual asset service providers, and digital banking activities.

In addition, she regularly counsels clients on anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, cross-border regulatory issues, and licensing requirements for innovative Fintech products.

Delfina graduated Law School from Torcuato Di Tella University in 2023.
