Carolina Fiuza

Carolina Fiuza has been a member of Marval O'Farrell Mairal since 2016 and works as a senior associate in the Banking and Finance practice.

She has taken part in a wide range of international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital deals. She has also advised companies on a broad variety of commercial, financial, and corporate matters.

She graduated with honors from the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires in 2018. She holds a Master's degree in Law and Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, and is currently working on her master's thesis.

During 2025 and 2026, she served as an International Visiting Professional at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York.

She is currently a member of the Buenos Aires City Bar Association (CPACF).
