Marval O'Farrell Mairal advised BNP Paribas Personal Finance S.A. on the sale to Revolut Holdings International Limited of 100% of the share capital and voting rights of Banco Cetelem Argentina S.A.

The transaction, for which the share purchase agreement had been previously executed and was subject to prior authorization by the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic, closed on October 30, 2026, after the necessary regulatory approvals were obtained.
