Marval O’Farrell Mairal advises Interlock Equity in the acquisition of Datalyics SRL

Marval, together with Winston & Strawn LLP, advised Interlock Equity—a leading private equity firm based in Los Angeles and Chicago dedicated to investing knowledge economy and people-based companies—in the acquisition of Datalytics SRL, a technology company specialized in data consulting and artificial intelligence which operates in Argentina, Colombia, and Spain.

Marval acted as local legal advisor to the purchaser. The team was led by partner Gabriel Matarasso, together with associates Carolina Fiuza and Juan Pablo Lentino.
