Brenda Madonna Ackermann

Brenda Madonna Ackermann joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2019 and is currently a member of the Competition and Antitrust Department. Her practice there focuses on advising domestic and international clients in merger control and antitrust cases, carrying out proceedings before the antitrust authorities.

Before joining the Firm, she worked in the Litigation Departments of other law firms.

She graduated with honors from the University of Buenos Aires in 2018 and has recently completed postgraduate programs related to Antitrust and Compliance at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.

During 2024, she worked in the Competition and European Union Law Department at Uría Menendez, between their Madrid and Brussels offices.
