Marval took part in the approval of an economic concentration before the Antitrust Commission

Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised Aramco Overseas Company B.V. in notifying an economic concentration before the Antitrust Commission. The notification consisted in the acquisition of the sole control of one of VGP Holdings LLC’s business segments. Following the recommendation of the Commission, the Secretary of Trade approved the transaction without conditions, through Resolution No. 893/2023, issued on May 15, 2023.
