Antidumping Proceedings – Tripods and Joint Transmissions from China

The Ministry of Productive Development, by Resolution N° 335/2020, opened the review due to the expiration of the term of the antidumping measure provided by Resolution N° 539 dated July 6, 2015 from the former Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, on exports to Argentina of joint transmissions and tripod joints, from China, classified under Mercosur Customs Tariff Code (N.C.M) 8708.99.90, while keeping the current antidumping measures until the completion of the review.

The company ETMA ESTABLECIMIENTO TÉCNICO METALÚRGICO ARGENTINO S.A. requested the opening of the review process of the antidumping measure.

The authorities determined a presumptive dumping margin of 29.19% on exports of tripod joints and of 97.89% on exports of joint transmissions, from China.
