The Ministry of Productive Development, by Resolution N° 36/2020, opened the review due to the expiration of the term and change of circumstances of the antidumping measure provided by Resolution N° 27 dated January 27, 2015 from the former Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, on exports to Argentina of helical cylindrical drill bits, according to DIN 338 NRHSS-M 2 standards, of super fast steel, type AISI M 2, M 7 or of similar chemical composition and cylindrical cape drill bits with hard metal insert, according to IRAM 5076, DIN 345 standards, of super fast steel, type AISI M 2, M 7 or of similar chemical composition and cylindrical cape drill bits with hard metal insert, according to DIN 8039 standards, used for walls, masonry and non-structural cementitious, from China, classified under Mercosur Customs Tariff Codes (N.C.M) 8207.50.11 and 8207.50.19, while keeping the current antidumping measures until the completion of the review.
The company EZETA FINANCIERA INMOBILIARIA, COMERCIAL E INDUSTRIAL SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA requested the opening of the review process of the antidumping measure.
The authorities determined a presumptive dumping margin of 263.13% for China.
