By Resolution 187/2012, the Secretary of Foreign Trade initiated an investigation for alleged dumping in exports to the Republic of Argentina of plywood, containing at least one outer ply of coniferous different, consisting solely of sheets of wood (other than bamboo), each ply not exceeding six millimeters (6 mm), phenolic, uncoated plastic, originated in the Republic of China, Federative Republic of Brazil and the Republic of Uruguay, classified under Mercosur customs tariff code (NMC) 4412.32.00.
