New Deadline to Pay Oversight and Supervision Fees

The Argentine Securities Commission (CNV) issued General Resolution 1086/2025 on September 22, 2025. This Resolution modifies the deadline for Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs) to pay the annual oversight and supervision fee corresponding to 2025.

On the one hand, VASPs whose registration in the VASP Registry has not been canceled by October 15, 2025, must pay the fee between November 3 and November 7, 2025.

On the other hand, VASPs that register in the VASP Registry after October 15, 2025, must pay the fee within five business days from their registration.

Payments must be made through e-Recauda, the Revenue Collection System of the Federal Public Administration.
