The Argentine Securities Commission ordered a VASP to be preventively suspended due to a potential irregular conduct.

On July 14, 2025, the Argentine Securities Commission (CNV) issued a Joint Resolution sanctioning Atomico 3 SA, a foreign company registered as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP). The CNV ordered the preventive suspension of the VASP as part of an investigation conducted by the CNV’s Inspections and Investigations Department.
The measure is based on a potential irregular conduct attributed to the VASP, according to information provided by the Ministry of Mining of the Province of San Juan and other collected documentation.
The aim of the measure is to protect investors, and it will remain in force until subsequent events make its revision relevant.
