Sebastián Swinnen

Sebastian Swinnen joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2023, as an associate in the Banking and Finance area.

Sebastian specializes in Financial Law and Capital Markets. Among other transactions, he advises on the establishment of financial trusts and the issuance of notes for various clients in strategic sectors of the Argentine market.

Sebastian graduated cum laude as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires in 2022. He worked as a teaching assistant in the class Private International Law, in the same university. He has also participated in lectures and has written articles in this area of specialization.

Sebastian is a member of the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association.
