Marval advises in the CNH Industrial Capital Argentina SA issuance of notes for USD 25,216,014
On May 21, 2025, CNH Industrial Capital Argentina SA issued its class 9 notes for a total amount of USD 25,216,014, which will bear a fixed interest rate of 8.25% and will mature on May 21, 2027. The notes were issued under the CNHI Capital’s Global Notes Program not convertible into shares for up to USD 200,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of value).
The placement of the notes was carried out by Banco Santander Argentina SA and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires SAU as arrangers and placement agents; and by Banco Comafi SA, Balanz Capital Valores SAU, Macro Securities SAU, Industrial Valores SA, Puente Hnos. SA, Cocos Capital SA, and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) SAU as Placement Agents.

The offer was directed to the local market and the notes have been authorized for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos SA and for negotiation in the A3 Mercados SA.
