Pablo García Morillo joined Marval O'Farrell Mairal in 1994 and has been a partner since 1999. He is among the most experienced partners in the corporate/M&A department. 

Pablo specializes in corporate and business law. His professional practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.

Within the M&A field, he has been involved in numerous transactions, advising both sellers and buyers in the transfer of shareholdings and assets of both privately held companies and publicly traded corporations. He has also advised on joint ventures between local and foreign companies.

He graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires and earned an LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from Southern Methodist University in 1993.

He has published several articles on mergers and acquisitions, as well as on general commercial law issues, in local and international journals. He has also participated in local and international conferences in his field of expertise.

He is a member of the City of Buenos Aires Public Bar Association and the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association.
