Milagros Ibarzabal joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2019 and is currently a member of its Public & Administrative Law department.
Before joining the firm, she worked at Cassagne Abogados for 6 years.
She graduated Law school at the top of her class at Universidad Austral in 2012 and was awarded a “Premio Borda,” a distinction conferred to the highest GPA in Private Law courses, and a mention for Outstanding Research Project.
Milagros holds an L.L.M. from New York University, where she was granted the Dean’s Graduate Award, and a Master’s Degree in Administrative Law from Universidad Austral in Argentina, where she had obtained a merit-based scholarship, and received a mention for outstanding thesis. She was granted the Fundación Botin Scholarship to participate in the Program for Strengthening Public Service in Latin America developed at the Watson Institute for International Studies at Brown University. She has also completed the “Compliance for Organizations” course at the Universidad Católica of Uruguay.
She has been professor of Public Law courses at Universidad Austral, Universidad Católica Argentina, Escuela de Abogados de la Procuración del Tesoro de la Nación and the University of Buenos Aires.
She has written many articles in her practice area and is a member of the Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal (Buenos Aires Bar Association).
