Biography
Josefina Griot joined Marval, O’Farrell Mairal in 2017 and is currently a member of the Banking & Corporate Finance Department.
She has experience advising companies in matters related to business and corporate law, and her professional practice is centered on corporate finance, M&A, joint ventures and real estate.
In the area of mergers and acquisitions, Josefina has been involved in many transactions, advising both buyers and sellers in the transfer of assets and shares.
She graduated with a law degree from Universidad Nacional de Rosario in 2016 and is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association.
Josefina currently teaches Corporate Law at Universidad del Salvador.
