Ignacio Torino Zavaleta

Ignacio Torino Zavaleta focuses his practice on real estate transactions, particularly the structuring, financing, and development of urban, industrial, and rural real estate projects.

He has extensive experience advising on the regulations governing Security Border Zones, rural land, and real estate complexes. His practice also encompasses domestic and cross-border commercial and financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, bilateral and syndicated lending, and trust structures.

He received his law degree from the University of Buenos Aires in 1994 and earned an LL.M. in International Law from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, USA, in 1998. He also holds a PhD in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina. His doctoral thesis received the highest distinction, “outstanding cum laude,” with a recommendation for publication, in 2026.

He is an Adjunct Professor of Property Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina and the author of numerous articles on matters related to his areas of practice.
