Marval advised AVI-SPL in its acquisition of Grupo ICAP Global

Marval O'Farrell Mairal acted as legal advisor in Argentina to AVI-SPL, a world leading provider of digital enablement solutions, in the acquisition of Grupo ICAP Global, a company with presence in Latin America and Spain specialized in audiovisual technology integration and collaboration services.

The transaction is part of AVI-SPL's global expansion strategy and represents a key step in its goal of providing local solutions with international standards. Following the merger, both companies will operate under the AVI-SPL name, creating the largest global provider of AV technology, unified communications and collaboration (UCC), workspace management and expertise. The combined company will have operations in 16 countries and more than 3,000 employees.
