Ignacio Masnatta Llenas

Ignacio Masnatta Llenas joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2017 and is currently a member of the Public & Administrative Law and Energy areas.

He graduated with honors from University of Buenos Aires in 2020 and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Law and Economics at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.

Ignacio focuses his practice on administrative law, electricity, and other regulatory matters. His work is mainly centered on energy transactions and advising power generators, project developers, EPC and BoP contractors, turbine and panel suppliers, private off-takers, and financial entities, among others.

In 2019, he completed a secondment at Compañía Mega SA, and between 2022 and 2024 he worked in companies in the technology (fintech) and infrastructure (engineering and construction) sectors.

He is a member of the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association.
