Biography
Delfina Majdalani joined Marval O´Farrell & Mairal in 2023.
Her professional practice focuses on corporate and commercial law. She provides legal advice to local and foreign companies in matters of registration, contractual matters, in M&A transactions and real estate transactions.
She graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in 2022. Before joining the firm, she worked at Mitrani, Caballero y Ruiz Moreno.
She is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.
