Agustina Caridi

Agustina Caridi joined Marval in 2020 and is currently a member of the Competition / Antitrust Department. 

Her practice focuses on advising and representing national and international clients in merger control and anti-competitive conducts matters. Agustina has published several articles and participated in the Advanced Antitrust Program at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. 

During her university studies, she also worked in the areas of corporate and labor law and was part of Marval’s Litigation Department. 
 
She graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 2022 with an Honors Diploma and specialization in business-economic law. Agustina is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.
