Agustín Hernán Queirolo

Agustín Hernán Queirolo joined Marval in 2022 and is a member of the Corporate/M&A Department. He specializes in advising companies on a wide range of corporate, registration, contractual and transactional matters.

Agustín obtained his law degree from Universidad Católica Argentina in 2019, and then approved the Postgraduate Course on Economic Business Law at Universidad Católica Argentina. He has also obtained a postgraduate certification in International Arbitration.

Before joining the Firm, he worked as an associate in a leading law firm in the area of Corporate Law, and has published an article on bankruptcy matters.

He is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.
