Marval and Baker Mackenzie Argentina advise in transfer of Insitum shares

Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised Innovation Consulting Worldwide S.L. in the transfer of the total amount of its shares in Insitum Consultoría Argentina S.R.L. to Accenture. 

The transaction, held on August 29, 2019, was carried out within the framework of a global agreement for the acquisition of shares that was closed in several jurisdictions.

Due to the transaction, Accenture Interactive will expand the world-class services of its design and innovation unit Fjord in Latin America, and strengthen its position among the leading experience agencies in the region.
