Jorge Pérez Delgado lectured on the judge duties throughout the court proceeding, with special emphasis in the writing of rulings, at one of the courses organized by the Judicial School of the Consejo de la Magistratura de la Nación. His lecture was based on the case law method and the analysis of Supreme Court decisions.
