By Resolution 70/2009, the Secretary of Industry, Commerce and Small and Medium-Sized Companies initiated an investigation for alleged dumping in exports to the Republic of Argentina of table, wall and turbo fans, with electric motors, connectable to the electrical grid, with or without timer, regardless of the diameter of their blades and power; and floor fans, with electric motors, connectable to the electrical grid, regardless of the diameter of their blades and power, with or without timer, with and without extensible base, and any combination that might exist among floor, wall and table fans, from the People’s Republic of China, classified under MERCOSUR customs tariff codes (NMC) 8414.51.10, 8414.51.90 and 8414.59.90.
