Screw Compressor Units

By Resolution 297/2009, the Secretary of Industry, Commerce and Small and Medium-Sized Companies initiated an investigation for alleged dumping in exports to the Republic of Argentina of screw compressor units for gases (except air), including those used in refrigeration units, with board and drive motor, from the Federative Republic of Brazil, classified under MERCOSUR customs tariff codes (NMC) 8414.80.32 and 8414.30.99.
