Province of Santa Cruz<br/>Decree No. 1273 dictated by the executive branch of the Province of Santa Cruz on 09/03/2013, published in the Official Gazette on 09/05/2013.

This decree vetoes all the laws sanctioned by the Legislative Branch of the Province of Santa Cruz on August 15, 2013, in which the procedure for soliciting advanced royalties by the Executive Branch to the concessionary companies of mining and hydrocarbon exploration and exploitation was established.
