The Disposition creates the Registry of Brick Producers in the Mining and Oil Sub-secretariat. The Mining Bureau will be in charge of the Registry. For the purpose of the Registry, a brick producer is defined as every person or company dedicated to the production of molded and cooked or burnt brick, used for the elaboration of earthy mineral substances, destined for building. Every brick producer must register. The inscription must be made between January 1 and March 1 of every year, with an annual renewal.
