Antidumping Proceedings – Bearings from India

The Secretary of Industry, Economy of Knowledge and External Commercial Management, by Resolution No. 46/2021, initiated an investigation for alleged dumping in exports to Argentina of ball bearings, radial, single row ball, of an outer diameter greater than or equal to 30 mm but less than or equal to 120 mm, and of more than 0.025 kg/unit, except for types such as RST and extended inner ring, from India classified under Mercosur Customs Tariff Code (N.C.M) 8482.10.10.

The company SKF ARGENTINA S.A. requested the initiation of the antidumping investigation.

The authorities determined a presumptive dumping margin of 154.78% for India.
